Where There is a Will...

Unfortunately, while a recent ruling from Circuit Judge Tim Weaver will fill the pockets of a few for awhile, the tribe will not benefit from the generosity of an individual who willed cash and property to the Lost Cherokee.

Judge Weaver ruled that a large amount of cash and some property willed to "the Lost Cherokee of Arkansas and Missouri, Inc." should be distributed to the corporation based in Conway, Arkansas with this name since the corporation's name is specifically used in the will when referring to the Lost Cherokee.
