New Corporation

The Lost Cherokee Nation Tribal Association, Inc., is a new 501C3 corporation that has been formed for the benefit of our tribe. Representatives who serve on the board of this corporation will be appointed for the first year from various districts in Arkansas and Missouri. After the first year, there will be elections. However, to ensure continuity, not all positions of the corporation will come up for a vote at the same time. As will be the standard practice of this board, a full accounting of all donations and expenditures was made at the recent board meeting on August 12, 2006.
