• Petition - Formally document your desire to have your Lost Cherokee file returned to the Tribal office in Dover.  Your notarized petition should be mailed to The Lost Cherokee, 281 East Camp Street, Dover, AR 72837.
• Important Survey - Needed to facilitate potential future funding in the areas of health care, education, welfare, housing assistance, job placement assistance, and other areas of need.
• Van Buren Court Order - Refers to the Lost Cherokee as a tribe
• Resolution #11242003 - Certification of Documented Petition for Federal Acknowledgement, refers frequently to the "Tribe" but includes no references to the corporation "Lost Cherokee of Arkansas & Missouri, Inc."
• Resolution #7262006 - Shows where the Conway-based corporation "Lost Cherokee of Arkansas & Missouri, Inc." attempted to amend the name on Petition #204 for federal acknowledgement.  The names used on this resolution are inconsistent with the names on the original petition. The signature page is dated prior to the cover page.
• Letter written by the Deininger & Wingfield law firm - Written on September 5, 2006, this letter provides insight into the true colors of the "Lost Cherokee of Arkansas & Missouri, Inc." corporation.
